So, I sent in an RX3 form to get a bankruptcy restriction removed from my title deed. They replied saying it’s complete, but no amendments were made to the title. Kinda stuck now… anyone know what else I should do? I already sent all the paperwork they asked for. Any advice?
Did they say why no amendments were made? Maybe something’s missing in your submission?

They didn’t give specifics. Just said no changes were made. Pretty sure I sent everything they needed though.

Could be worth calling them directly. Sometimes they miss stuff or need extra clarification.
When you say RX3, is that for removing restrictions related to bankruptcy? Not super familiar with the process.

Yeah, RX3 is for removing bankruptcy restrictions from title deeds. Basically, clearing it up for remortgaging.

Got it, thanks! Didn’t know the exact form name.
If this is about remortgaging, lenders might still check. Maybe clearing the restriction alone isn’t enough?

Yeah, that’s why I want it gone—gives me more lender options. Hoping the Land Registry sorts this out.

Makes sense. Call them and see if they can clarify. Land Registry can be super slow sometimes.
Did you include proof of discharge or a court order for annulment? That’s usually required with the RX3.

Yep, I sent all that. Still got the same response… feels like I’m missing something, but IDK what.

Maybe their system didn’t link everything correctly. Definitely worth following up with them.
Calling them is probably your best bet. They might tell you exactly what’s holding it up.

Yeah, looks like that’s the next step. Thanks for the suggestion!
