This was a huge issue during the pandemic. Some places gave temporary tax relief, but not sure if it’s still a thing.

Try setting a strict schedule! It helps, but I still get messages late sometimes.

I actually turn off work notifications at a certain time. Otherwise, it’s never-ending.
