Can my husband legally remove me from his life insurance policy?
Yes, your husband can remove you from his life insurance policy since policies are usually revocable, allowing the policy owner to make changes to beneficiaries as they see fit.
Absolutely not. If something bad were to happen, the hospital bills would cost a lot more than his insurance covers. He’s being selfish and very inconsiderate.

This situation isn’t normal at all. He can’t just drop you from his insurance in the middle of the year unless there’s a qualifying life event, like a finalized divorce. Since he hasn’t filed for divorce he can’t just remove you from his policy.
