He basically read the text back to me, saying ‘it says $75,000, so that’s all that matters’ and ignored my points about ‘exceeds.’
How can your professor not grasp the word ‘exceed’? This comes up in so many areas, especially in finance. ‘Exceed’ means something, and I can’t believe a professor doesn’t see that.
