I have dash cam footage showing my speed was only 17-20mph when I passed the sign, and then I started cruising until I saw the End School Zone sign. I even slowed down after that, but the cop still gave me the ticket. I’m wondering if I should just take the Defensive Driving Course to avoid the ticket showing up on my record, or should I fight it in court and show my footage? Any advice on what I should do?
