How do I update my phone number in my profile... anyone know?

Hey everyone, so I was trying to update my profile and noticed it asked for a mobile number, but I don’t have one. I put in my landline number instead so my lawyer could call me. Now I need to change that mobile number but I’m not sure how. Anyone know how to update this info? Appreciate the help!

I had the same issue before. I think you need to go to the account settings and find the section where your contact info is listed. From there, you should be able to change it. You tried that yet?

Yeah, I had to do it once. You might need to verify your identity before it lets you change the number. If you can’t find the option, try reaching out to support.

I tried looking in the settings but I’m not sure where exactly. I’ll check again though. Thanks!

I had this issue once too! I just emailed their support team, and they helped me update my number pretty quickly.

Not sure what platform you’re on, but if it’s like most, you should be able to update that directly in your account settings. Maybe look for something like ‘Edit Profile’ or ‘Account Info’.

I’ll check for that. It’s just a little confusing sometimes. I’ll figure it out, thanks!

I think there’s also a chance that you can change it through the mobile app if you’re using one. Have you tried that?

I didn’t try the app yet, actually. I’ll give it a shot and let you know how it goes!

One last thing, make sure your profile is fully updated with your correct info, or you might run into problems later. Double-check everything while you’re at it!
