Is this guy seriously driving drunk on purpose?

So I saw this guy last Tuesday, and he was driving a blue Ford Explorer, paper tags, totally expired. The weird part? He’s supposed to be driving a breathalyzer car, but instead, he’s been going to this Mexican food place on 14th street, getting drunk every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. I heard him bragging about how he’s outsmarting the law—he’s even having his son blow into the breathalyzer for him! I think he just bought this Explorer recently, maybe a 2017 or 2018, but it’s hard to say for sure. Anyway, he was driving it after drinking. The car he’s supposed to be driving is just sitting in his garage. Anyone else think this is messed up?

Wow, that’s wild. Dude sounds like he’s really trying to game the system. If you can, maybe call the cops and let them know? That’s gotta be a safety risk.

Yeah, I’d definitely report him if I saw that. It’s literally like he’s daring the cops to do something.

@Amar
Does anyone know if there’s a way to report stuff like this without getting involved? I don’t want to deal with the cops if I don’t have to.

I think you can just give the details to the police anonymously. That way you’re not in the middle of it.

Honestly, this sounds like something out of a movie lol. I wonder if he’s gotten away with this before. Maybe it’s worth asking a lawyer how to handle this too.

True, it’s like he thinks he’s invincible or something. A lawyer could probably help with how to report it too.

That’s messed up. If he’s really bragging about it, he might be doing it regularly. It’s dangerous for sure.

Yup, and it’s not just him putting himself at risk, but others too. People need to take this more seriously.

Honestly, the fact that he’s getting his son involved with this is even worse. I’d be worried if I were him, especially with how many people are aware of what he’s doing.

Yeah, that part is crazy. He’s teaching his kid to break the rules too. Not a good example.

Definitely seems like a repeat offender. If the cops aren’t catching on, it might be time for the community to step in.

Yeah, but if this guy’s being that bold, he probably thinks he can keep getting away with it. Reporting him is the right move.
