Keep us updated. It’s a broken system.

I will for sure. I appreciate your support. I’m feeling confused and lost, just like everyone else.

There’s a simple pattern to follow here:

  1. Bad parent accuses good parent of alienation.
  2. Court changes custody.

It’s a widespread issue. Loving parents often get punished and face financial penalties.

How much information are you leaving out?

Your ex-wife seems crazy, dishonest, abusive, negligent, irresponsible, and suicidal. Yet no authorities have acted, and you lost custody? There must be a lot of information missing or you’re omitting details. The system wouldn’t ignore all that for no reason. I suspect there’s a good reason you lost custody that you haven’t shared. Exaggerating your ex’s issues without mentioning your own role won’t help. Either be honest to get the right help or stop wasting everyone’s time.

People are entitled to their opinions, even if they’re incorrect.

I’m not being dishonest. Honestly, if I could upload all the evidence with names blacked out, it would be shocking.

The only major thing against me is that in November 2023, my son came to me and others about things he was forced to do during a game. I reported everything and involved a forensic psychiatrist. During the 3.5 months of investigations, I was told by the CPS supervisor that my son was not to visit.

So, I’m unclear how that worked against me.

The GAL didn’t do her job from the start. She didn’t talk to me, didn’t acknowledge any evidence I sent, and didn’t reach out to any of the people I provided. However, she had no problem contacting my ex-wife multiple times.

CPS only reached out during the November incident, not regarding the physical abuse allegations that mandated reporters made.
