Hey everyone, so I’m dealing with a medical school appeal and a moving violation in Alabama that needs handling in court soon. For the appeal, I’ve got all the medical docs, including info on possible heart failure, and medical releases for nearly every week of the school term. I’m hoping to get the letter done by next week. Any advice or similar experiences? Also, do you think the lawyer could help with both the appeal and the court thing? Looking for some input here!
That sounds like a lot to handle all at once. I’ve been through something similar with medical appeals before. If you’ve got medical documentation, that’s definitely a big help for the appeal. Make sure the lawyer has all of it for the best chance at success.
If you’re paying for a lawyer, I’d definitely recommend getting them involved in both the medical appeal and the court stuff. You don’t want to mess with that alone. Good luck with the docs and payment stuff!
I’ve been in a similar situation before! You might want to get everything submitted ASAP so there’s no delay. And for the payment issue, I’ve had trouble before too… maybe try contacting their customer support?
That’s a lot to juggle! But with all that medical documentation, the appeal should go pretty smoothly. And for the moving violation, maybe ask if the lawyer can help remotely? It’s worth checking!
Good luck with everything! It’s definitely stressful, but getting the docs and everything in order should help a lot. The lawyer should be able to handle both situations if they’re experienced enough.
