Anyone else getting weird texts about tolls?

I got a text from Good to Go saying I owe $4.15 for a toll, but I have no clue how to pay it. I checked their site, but it didn’t really help. Also, I don’t even have a Good to Go account, and I don’t drive in toll areas often. This was on I-405, but that’s all the info I’ve got. Could this be a scam or what?

That sounds sketchy, tbh. Good to Go doesn’t usually text with an amount. Did you try calling their customer service?

I haven’t called yet. Do you know their number? I don’t wanna deal with a scam if that’s what this is.

It’s on their site: (###) ###-####. Just be ready with your license plate number and vehicle info. That’ll help sort it out.

That’s what I’m wondering… I don’t even remember driving there recently. Could it be someone else using my plate?

Possibly. You should definitely check with Good to Go directly. They’ll confirm if there’s anything legit owed.

FYI, if it’s real, they’ll mail you something too. Did you get anything in the mail about this?

Nope, nothing in the mail yet. Just that random text.

Then it’s probably fake. Just ignore it unless you hear from them officially.

It’s a toll payment system in Washington state. They track your car’s plate when you go through tolls.
