I tried to do the online permit test, but every time I buy one, it just takes me to the drug and alcohol test instead. I’ve tried over 50 times and IDK what else to do. Can I just get my money back?
Sounds like a technical glitch. If you’re following the right steps, they should fix that. Have you tried contacting support yet?

Yeah, I contacted them, but no luck yet. They’re just sending me the same info.
Oof, that’s frustrating. You should definitely ask for a refund. If they don’t respond, maybe try filing a complaint. Consumer protection laws could help here.

I didn’t even think of that. I’ll check into it, thanks!
It might also help if you provide your order number and the date you bought it. Companies usually take those complaints more seriously if you give them the details.

Got it, I’ll do that. Hopefully, they’ll sort it out soon!
Are you using the website directly or are you going through a third-party site? Might make a difference in terms of who you talk to for support.

I’m on FirstTimeDriving.com. I haven’t tried a different site. Maybe I should?
If they don’t refund you, try disputing the charge with your bank or card issuer. That might push them to act faster.

That’s a good idea. I’ll definitely keep that in mind if they don’t help me out.
