I marked that I was trying to renew my car tabs online but it’s not going through. I marked ‘OK’ on the email I got, but it’s still giving me trouble. Anyone else had this issue or know what I’m missing?

Good tip, I’m gonna check that out. I’ll bet I messed something up on my end lol.
Maybe try a different browser? I had issues with Chrome, but when I used Firefox it worked just fine.

Interesting… I’ll try switching browsers next time. Didn’t think that could affect it.
If all else fails, you could always call customer support at the DMV or try renewing in person. They usually have backup methods.

I didn’t even think about calling them. I’ll give that a shot if it doesn’t work soon.
I just renewed mine last week! Make sure your payment method is updated and valid, sometimes that causes errors.
