Anyone else think family law is super complicated lately...?

I’ve been reading up on family law and honestly, it feels like it’s just gotten way more tangled with everything going on in the country. It’s crazy how different states handle things like parental rights and access to care… IDK how they expect families to keep up with all the changes. Anyone else feel this way?

Totally agree! It’s like every state is on its own path. Why can’t they just keep it simple for families?

Exactly! I read somewhere that even the definition of who counts as a parent is changing a lot. It’s wild.

It’s kinda sad that families are caught in the middle of all this. They need stability, not more confusion.

I think it’s about time we look at things from a more practical angle… make decisions based on what helps families most.
