Can Prank Calls Get You Arrested?

This morning I made what I believed was a harmless prank call to a nearby restaurant :rofl:, but I am now worried about the legal consequences. Are there any rules that govern prank calls, and may they result in significant charges such as harassment or even a felony? :thinking: :see_no_evil:

Ordering food? You could probably be held liable and they could demand payment if you ordered like 100 burgers and they made them

Yes, prank calls can definitely send you to jail especially if the calls involve harassment, threats, false reporting and fraud.

Yes they can. Most people take this lightly but some calls that aim at threatening a specific individual can land you to jail.
