I was hit from behind by another car and it pushed me into a redwood tree on Mount Saint Helena, Napa County, CA. I’m 79 years old and I lost sight in my right eye from the hit. I’m having trouble walking too. I’ve already filed my case in Napa Court, but I need an attorney to help with everything. Anyone know how I can find one?

That’s tough. Depending on the case, your lawyer might be able to help you get compensation for your medical bills through the settlement or court case. Definitely bring it up with them!

Yeah, in personal injury cases, medical bills are usually part of what the lawyer will try to recover for you. Make sure you give them all your bills and records.
