Got the wrong plate sticker... anyone else have this happen?

I applied for new plate stickers online and ended up getting a 2024 sticker instead of the 2025 one I was expecting. It’s been a week now. Anyone else deal with this? I don’t know what to do next.

Yeah, I had the same issue a while ago. I think I just contacted them online and they fixed it pretty quickly. You should reach out to them ASAP.

I had this happen too. Double-check if you gave the right vehicle info when applying online. I got the wrong one once because of a small mix-up with my car details.

Did you get any confirmation or receipt for your 2025 sticker application? Maybe the system just messed up and sent the wrong one.

I didn’t check for a receipt. I’ll look into that and see if it’s on my account. Good idea!

If it was an online application, they might have a system to track your request. Just follow up and let them know about the mix-up. It should be an easy fix.

I’ll try reaching out through their online chat. Hopefully, they’ll sort it out quickly!

You can also try calling them if the online thing takes too long. Sometimes talking to someone directly speeds things up.

Thanks, I’ll keep that in mind. I’ll give the online chat a shot first though.
