I’m trying to make a Real ID appointment for my wife at the Delanco, NJ office, but every time I enter her license number, it says ‘invalid.’ Has anyone else dealt with this? She has ‘MO’ at the start of her license number… IDK what’s going wrong. Any help would be appreciated!
Oh man, that’s frustrating. I had a similar issue once. Make sure the license number is entered exactly as it appears, with no spaces or extra characters. Even a small typo can mess it up.

I double-checked and it’s all good, no typos. I think it’s the ‘MO’ part that might be throwing things off. I’ll try again without the spaces though.
I’ve heard that NJMVC websites can be a bit picky with formatting. Maybe try using a different browser or clear your cache? That fixed it for me once when I was booking something on their site.

Ooh, good idea! I’ll try that next. Thanks for the tip!
Is her license expired by any chance? I know that can sometimes cause problems with online bookings. Could be worth double-checking that.

I don’t think it’s expired… but I’ll check again just in case. Thanks for the heads up!
I had this issue once when the online system didn’t recognize the license type. You might want to contact the NJMVC directly to see if they can fix it on their end.

Yeah, I’m thinking about calling them if nothing works. Hope they can sort it out quickly.
FYI, when you get in touch with NJMVC, make sure your wife has all the documents ready, like her Social Security number and proof of residency. They might let you book in person if the online issue can’t be fixed right away.
@Zimri
Thanks for the advice! I’ll make sure we have everything in hand just in case.
