EpiPens are super expensive, like $300-800 depending on insurance. I’d be pissed if someone was keeping that from me.
CVS has cash price generic EpiPens for about $100 for two.

The pharmacy can attempt to put in a lost medication override to get the insurance to cover it, or the patient can call the pharmacy benefit manager and ask for an override on their end (sometimes more effective than what the pharmacy can try). I used to be a pharmacy tech.
Call the cops.
OP, what you want to ask the police for is called a ‘civil standby.’ It’s jargon, and just means a squad car will come out, and an officer or two will keep the peace while you get your stuff. Be polite but insistent when you call the non-emergency line.
Two options:
Go over, knock on their door. Give me my bag back. You won’t? Well, it has controlled medications in there, I wonder what the cops will think.
Other option is call the cops right away and see if they’ll assist you.
Suspend any debit or credit cards you have. Lock your credit with the three major credit agencies.

OP commented that the bag that she left just had her medication and not her wallet, thankfully.

Absolutely call the cops.
Have you tried knocking on the door?
Just go over there and knock on the door.

They’ve already blocked her. They’re not going to open the door. That’s why she needs the police.

Lol, exactly.
I would imagine social media and/or phone number and presumably because the thief would just want to keep whatever OP has in their bag, assuming there’s money in it.
@Dallas
It’s exactly that. The fortunate thing is I keep my cards separate from my medication. He blocked me on my social media after I asked for my stuff back as soon as I figured out my bag was missing.
