I’m sorry to hear about your situation. Legal abuse can indeed be devastating, and it’s unfortunate that you’re experiencing this for such a prolonged period. In many jurisdictions, the legal system aims to prevent such abuses through rules governing frivolous lawsuits, sanctions for misconduct, and protections against excessive litigation. However, enforcement and effectiveness can vary. It’s essential to consult with legal professionals who specialize in handling complex family law cases or seek advice from organizations that focus on supporting individuals in similar situations. They may offer strategies or resources to help mitigate the impact of prolonged legal processes.
