I need to schedule an appointment for a driver’s license renewal near 21211 NW 32 Ave, Miami Gardens, FL 33056. The person is 80 years old, and I have the proper vision form filled out by the eye doctor. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
I think you can schedule through the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles website. Just look for ‘Driver License Services’ and then select ‘Renewal with Vision Requirements.’ Hope that helps!

Yep, that’s right. Make sure the doctor’s form is within the required time limit though. I had an issue last time because the form was too old.

You can also call FLHSMV if you want to make sure everything is in order before booking. Their customer service is pretty helpful.

Don’t forget to bring proof of identity and address when you go. They’re gonna need that too, along with the form from the eye doctor.

If you’d rather go in person, you can visit a local DMV office to get help scheduling. They’re usually pretty nice about walking you through the process.

I didn’t think of that! I might try the DMV if I have any trouble with the online scheduling.
