Hello, I’m a 44-year-old woman in Indiana, and I’ve been thinking about divorce after finding out my husband, who’s 45, has been unfaithful. We’ve been married for 10 years and have two kids, ages 14 and 8. I recently discovered he was logged into my Apple ID on an old phone, accessing my emails, texts, and photos. I’ve changed my passwords, but he still manages to get in somehow. I’m worried about his behavior, including the possibility of him tracking our cars. I need to know if this is legal and how to handle it before starting the divorce process. Any advice would be great
Simply consider speaking with a marriage counselor or therapist if the behavior is harming your relationship and you want to address it within the context of your marriage.
Document everything and Keep a detailed record of your husband’s actions, including dates, times, and any evidence you have.
