So, I’ve got a bunch of tolls by mail from New Jersey, but I’ve never actually received any notices. What’s going on? Anyone else dealt with this? I’ve been waiting but nothing’s come through. What should I do next?
That’s super frustrating. Have you checked your address with the toll authority or DMV? Might be an issue there.

Yeah, I updated mine recently, so that shouldn’t be the issue. Maybe it’s just taking time.

Hmm, okay. It’s worth calling them directly. Sometimes things slip through the cracks, you know?
I had something similar happen with the Bayonne Bridge. They told me I’d get a second notice if it was more than 30 days. Maybe yours is still in the process?

It’s been over 30 days for my first one… still no notice though.

You might want to call them and ask about the status of your notices. They’ll help you out even without the toll numbers.
You could try calling EZ Pass or the toll authority directly. They usually just need the date and location of the toll.

Yeah, they keep asking me for the toll number, but I don’t have it. I’ll try calling anyway.

Yeah, calling without the toll number is fine. They should still be able to track it down for you.
I had a similar issue with tolls from NJ. Make sure your address is totally up to date with them and keep calling until you get through.

I updated everything, so hopefully that’s not the issue. I’ll keep calling. Thanks!
I know it can be a hassle, but tolls in NJ are often slower to process. Just keep checking and be patient with the follow-up notices.

Ugh, I hope that’s the case. It’s just been so long already. Thanks for the advice!
