So, I’ve been dealing with verbal and physical bullying at my school. I’ve reported it several times, but the school says they can’t do anything without physical proof or witnesses. It’s affecting my studies and mental health, but they just ignore it. Has anyone been through this? Any advice?
That’s rough. Have you tried documenting every incident? Like writing down dates and details? It could help.

Yeah, I’ve started doing that. Not sure it’ll help since there’s no actual witness, though.

It’s still worth it. Sometimes written records can make them take you more seriously.
You might wanna talk to a counselor at your school. They can sometimes push admin to act.

Good idea. I’ll look into that. Never thought a counselor could help with this.

Counselors can be really helpful. They’re trained for this stuff.
If your school won’t act, maybe escalate it? Like write to the Dean or someone higher up.

Escalating sounds good, but I don’t wanna seem like a troublemaker, y’know?

You’re not a troublemaker for standing up for yourself. Your mental health matters.
FYI, there might be external bodies you can report to, like an education ombudsman.

Ombudsman? What’s that?

Basically, they oversee schools and make sure they follow rules. Google your country’s education ombudsman.
Don’t forget to take care of yourself. This stuff can be draining. Talk to someone you trust about how you’re feeling.

Thanks. It’s been tough, but I’ll try to reach out to someone.

Second this. Mental health comes first, always.
