Supervised visits to unsupervised visits

Hello. My restraining order, which is in effect in California, expires in 2024. Every other Sunday, my daughter and I spend two hours together under supervision. These visits have been going on for a year now, and I want them to stop because we can not spend enough time together. She used the restraining order to interfere with my life even though I do not threaten her and have no prior history. Unsupervised visits and conversations in front of the police station are acceptable to me.

The judge refused to contemplate switching to unsupervised visits last year. In order for me to be a parent to my daughter, this has to change. My life has been devastated by this restraining order. Are there any situations in which I could be allowed to see her alone?
