hey everyone, i just finished traffic school and now i’m kinda confused about when i’ll actually get the report or proof that it’s done. the course said they’ll submit it for me, but like, how long does that take? do i need to check somewhere or just wait it out? anyone dealt with this before?
oh yeah, i’ve been there. in florida, the traffic school usually submits your certificate to the county clerk within like 3 to 5 days. you might wanna check with the DMV’s tool to confirm if it’s logged. they call it the traffic school completion check.

yup, just go to the florida DMV site. they’ve got a section for traffic school stuff. it’s pretty straightforward.
if you opted for a physical certificate, it might take longer. standard mail usually takes like 7-10 business days. did they give you any tracking info?

no tracking info, just said it’ll be submitted. i didn’t ask for a physical one tho. should i still expect delays?

nah, if they’re submitting it electronically, it should be faster. but probs still worth checking with the clerk after a few days.

not too much, but it’s good to know. in broward, they’re usually pretty quick with these things. just keep an eye out on the DMV tool.

btw, make sure you’re looking in the right place. some ppl mistake the DMV tool for something else. it’s specifically for checking traffic school completion.
