Judge J. Michael Luttig, appointed by President George H.W. Bush and serving on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit from 1991 to 2006, made a strong statement on why it’s time to move on from Donald Trump:
“There’s no higher duty of citizenship than to firmly reject someone who betrayed the nation when entrusted with its highest office and now threatens to go after Americans who oppose him,” Judge Luttig said. “In nearly 250 years, no other president has ever betrayed America like Trump.”

If you’re talking about Judge Luttig, he’s been anti-Trump for a while. He’s even filed briefs against Trump in some cases. It’s not like this is new from him.

Trump supporters don’t care about democracy or America. They’re supporting a man who they treat like a hero, even with everything he’s done.
I hear you. At some point, you have to just draw a line and accept that there are no ‘good’ Trump supporters. Maybe a few are misled, but most know what they’re backing.
