Trying to re-list our DADU rental, anyone done this recently?

Hey folks… we’ve got a DADU we wanna rent out again and we’ve used this platform in the past, so we should still be in the system. We don’t wanna go through the whole rental process here though, we use RHAWA for all the background checks and forms. Just wondering if we can still advertise here without doing the rest? Anyone done this lately?

Yeah you should be able to list it again if your account’s still active. I had to double check mine last year when I re-listed and it was chill.

Did you need to update any info or just post it as-is?

I had to tweak a few things, like contact info and add the new rent price. But no big deal tbh.

We use RHAWA too… it’s super standard here in WA. Just make sure all your stuff lines up with Seattle’s rental laws. They’re kinda strict.

What’s RHAWA again? I keep seeing that acronym.

Rental Housing Assoc of WA. They do forms, screening, all that landlord stuff. Makes life easier lol.

Oh yeah I heard about that. We use RHAWA forms so I’m hoping they’ve updated all that to match local laws.

They usually stay up to date, but I’d double check just to be safe. Better than getting hit with a fine :grimacing:

Fr. I hate typing all that stuff out lol. Phone call was easier.

FYI if the platform changed policies since you last posted, they might ask for some updated stuff. Had that happen to me.

Ugh ok, good to know. Hopefully it’s not too much hassle. We’re at 404B 21st Ave E if that makes a difference.
