Hey everyone, just need some advice. My partner is a Dr registered with the GMC. He set up a limited company to work as a Dr for the NHS, but his accountants gave him bad advice. Now the company is insolvent, and he can’t afford the corporation tax. He’s working full-time for the NHS now and makes less than half of what he used to. If the company is forced into liquidation, does that mean he’ll lose his GMC registration? Any insights would help a lot, thanks!
